Here’s how we use Thrivaca for gaining optimization of the cybersecurity program. Thrivaca allows us to re-prioritize remediation activities to address the greatest sources of risk.

With each risk, we now highlight the capabilities that have the highest magnitude of effect on these top risks.

We can then highlight the associated solutions related to those specific capabilities that impact the selected risk or risks.

Once we’ve identified these relationships, we can then layer over this information, the action plans that can get at these specific risks as selected.

When coupled with an external forecast of project investment for each given remediation step or cyber solution implementation, we can now gain the economic rewards of self-insurance cost reduction, and increased leverage in the cybersecurity program.
